Gin is a spirit which derives its predominant flavor from juniper berries. Although several different styles of gin have existed since its origins, it is broadly differentiated into two basic legal categories, distilled and compound gin. The minimum bottled alcoholic strength for gin is 37.5% ABV in the EU, and 40% ABV in the U.S.
Hendrick's Gin uses a blend of Spirits produced from a Carer-Head Still of which there are only a small number in the world, a small pot still, originally built in 1860 by Bennett, Sons & Shears. The still is charged with neutral spirit and the botanical recipe added to the liquid, along with some water. Thus, Hendricks's is much subtler with light floral and sweet fragrances. The Wall Street Journal described Hendricks's as the "Best Gin in the World in 2003".

Tanqueray Gin was initially distilled in 1830 by Charles Tanqueray in the Bloomsbury District of London. Tanquerary is a London Dry Gin, so called because of the distillation process and is produced in Scotland. The US London dry gin is made through a double distillation of neutral grain spirit with botanicals added during the second distillation.

Beefeater Gin is a brand of Gin bottled and distributed in the United Kingdom. It is 47% Alcohol or 94 Proof. This gin is distilled from 100% grain spirit. The soldier on the label is a Yeoman Warder dressed in ceremonial garb. Th product has won numerous awards including an impressive score of 94 points from the Beverage Testuing Institute in 2005 and 2008.

Bombay Saphirre Gin is a brand of Gin distributed by Bacardi that was launched in 1987. Its name originates from the gin's popularity in India in of the days of the British Raja and the sapphire in question is the Star of Bombay on display at the Smithsonian Institute. The flavoring of the drink comes from a recipe of ten ingredients, which the bottle's label boasts as 10 exotic botanicals. Almond, Lemon, Liquorice, Juniper Berries, Orris Root, Angelica, Coriander, Cassia, Cubeb and grains of Paradise. The product is tripled distilled using a caterhead still, and the alcohol vapours are passed through a mesh.basket containing the ten botanicals, in order to gain flavor and aroma.

Rum

DID YOU KNOW?
Rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane by-products such as molasses, or directly from sugarcane juice, by a process of fermentation and distillation. The distillate, a clear liquid, is then usually aged in oak barrels. Rum can be referred to by descriptors such as "ron viejo" ("old rum") and "ron añejo" ("aged rum").
Don Q Gran Anejo Rum contains rums aged between 3 and 12 years, creating a balance between sweet and dry that you won't get in other spirits. Drink it on the rocks, drink it neat. If you must, add a splash of ginger (we won't tell anyone). Drink it slow, and share a moment with your friends.

Don Q Cristal Rum uses a multiple distillation system to produce a cleaner, more refined, and more delicate flavor profile. So a DonQ drink will sip smoother than a drink made with another rum. So smooth, in fact, that you can substitute Cristal in a vodka drink, and most won't be able to tell the difference. It's then aged in American White Oak barrels to impart a touch more smoothness. Try it. You'll see.

Gosling's Black Seal Rum is a dark rum made for over 150 years. It is slowly distilled in pot stills that produces a rich, intricate flavor, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Ad expressed by the Beverage Tasting Institute when they recently awarded it their highest honor, the Platinum Medal. Deep, assertive and highly flavored. Very fragrant with herbal sharpness. At the finish there is a softness and elegance. A most complex, unusual Rum!

Mount Gay Rum is produced in Barbados. Mount Gay Rum is produced by Mount Gay Distilleries Ltd. of Barbados, the easternmost island of the West Indies. The oldest surviving deed for the company is from 1703, making Mount Gay Rum the oldest existing brand of rum in the world.

Captain Morgan Spiced Rum takes American white oak bourbon barrels, char them, and fill them with triple distilled rum. The charred barrels play a huge part in shaping the Captain Morgan Original's flavor, helping release the vanillia, tannins and caramelizing sugars. Ageing in these barrels also mellows the triple distilled alcohol and helps create the rich golden color that is characteristic of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum.

Scotch

DID YOU KNOW?
Scotch whisky (often referred to simply as "Scotch") is whisky made in Scotland. Scotch whisky is divided into five distinct categories: Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Single Grain Scotch Whisky, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (formerly called "vatted malt" or "pure malt"), Blended Grain Scotch Whisky, and Blended Scotch Whisky.
The Glenfiddich Distillery is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distillery owned by William Grant & Sons in Dufftown, Scotland. Glenfiddich means 'Valley of the deer' in Gaelic, hence the presence of a deer symbol on Glenfiddich bottles. . Glenfiddich is matured in oak casks such as rum casks from Cuba (in the case of Gran Reserva), Bourbon whiskey barrels from America (Ancient Reserve), or sherry butts from Jerez in Spain.

Chivas Regal is produced by Chivas Brothers, owned by Pernod Ricard. According to the brand packaging, Chivas Brothers was first established in 1801 in Aberdeen, Scotland. The Chivas brand's home is Strathisla Distillery at Keith, Moray in Speyside, Scotland. Chivas is blended from whiskies matured for at least 12 years. Round and creamy on the palate, a taste of honey and ripe apples, with vanilla, hazelnut and butterscotch notes.

Dewar's 12 yr blend uses the "marrying process," which is an extra period occurring after the different blends from the various regions of Scotland have been combined. The blend sits in reserved oak casks, allowing the different flavors and aromas to harmonise in order to achieve the Dewar's 12 blend. The palate of this particular blend has been characterized as "rich, fruity sweetness...with a hint of oak".

Johnnie Walker Blue is specially blended to recreate the authentic character and taste of some of the earliest whisky blends created in the 19th century, giving it a rich, peaty taste combined with a smooth, distinctly malty flavor. Tequila

Tequila is a spirit made from the blue agave plant, primarily in the area surrounding the city of Tequila and in the highlands (Los Altos) of the western Mexican state of Jalisco. Mexican laws state that tequila can be produced only in the state of Jalisco and limited regions in the states of Guanajuato, Michoacán, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas.
Patron is a luxury brand of tequila produced in Mexico and sold in hand-blown, individually numbered bottles. Made entirely from Blue Agave "piñas" (Spanish for pineapples), Patrón comes in five varieties: Silver, Añejo, Reposado, Gran Patrón Platinum and Gran Patrón Burdeos. The Añejo 100% Agave was given a score of "90-95" from Wine Enthusiast in 2011.

Milagro Silver is produced on the Highlands of Jalisco, the heart of tequila country. This is the youngest expression of this particular line - of which there are quite a few ranging in age and grades of distinction. Silver has unmistakable aromatic hallmarks of a good tequila: salty, sweet brine, savory, herbal with a slightly drier citrusy bouquet.

1800 Tequila is a brand of tequila owned by the Beckmann Family, who also own the Jose Cuervo brand. 1800 Tequila is a 100% Blue Agave Tequila and bottled in Jalisco, Mexico. 1800 is named after the year aged Tequila was first sold. The best showing for any 1800 Tequila came in 2007, when Wine Enthusiast placed the Extra Aged expression in its "96-100" scoring category.

Vodka

DID YOU KNOW?
Vodka is a distilled beverage. It is composed primarily of water and ethanol with traces of impurities and flavorings. Vodka is made by the distillation of fermented substances such as grains, potatoes, or sometimes fruits.
Grey Goose is a Bacardi-owned brand of premium priced vodka produced in France. It is distilled in France from French wheat. In 2004, Sidney Frank sold the brand to Bacardi for $2.2 billion. Among French vodkas, Grey Goose has some competitors, as the French vodkas Nuage, Idol, and Ice Kube are also now on the market. These vodkas are sold mostly in North America, and are marketed as premium brands. Grey Goose vodka is bottled with a replaceable cork rather than a screw-top cap.

Chopin Vodka is a single-ingredient vodka, 4 times distilled from potatoes grown in the Polish region of Podlasie. It is produced by Siedlce-based Podlaska Wytwórnia Wódek Polmos. Chopin was first introduced to North America in 1997. The production is done in small batches. Seven pounds of potatoes are used to make every bottle of Chopin. The vodka is named after the famous Polish Romantic composer Frédéric Chopin.

Belvedere Vodka is a luxury brand of Polish vodka produced and distributed by LVMH. It is named after Belweder, the Polish presidential palace, whose illustration appears on the company's bottles. It is produced exclusively in Poland in the town of Żyrardów and has worldwide distribution. Ultimat is a luxury brand of vodka produced in Poland and sold through the Patrón Spirits Company. Made from a blend of three different vodkas - potato, wheat and rye (the only vodka on the market that combines all three). It is triple distilled in Poland and bottled in a handcrafted cobalt blue crystal decanter.

Double Cross Vodka is a brand of distilled spirit produced in the Slovak Republic. The distillery that produces Double Cross is situated in the town of Stará Ľubovňa, which is located the Tatra Mountains in northeastern Slovakia. Owners of the brand state that the inspiration for the Double Cross name came from the double cross symbol found in the Slovak flag and coat of arms and that the rectangular bottle is decorated with script which is lines of Slovak poetry.
